Born in Italy, founders Matteo Gallizio (chef) and his sister Alessandra (medical doctor), are passionate about making traditional Italian pasta from premium Italian and American ingredients. Their ingredients are grown as nature intended: without persistent pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, GMOs, antibiotics, added growth hormones, artificial colors, artificial flavors and added sugars.
